Pick Your Plan is our new version of marketing packages. Pick Your Plan was designed in a way that allows our Bankers to pick the services that are important to them and their marketing needs. Services included in PYP are: Eagle Eye (CRM), TFSB Mortgage App, Design Time, and Social Media.
Eagle Eye
Cost: $25 Essential / $100 Premium – per month
Our customer-relationship management (CRM) platform, Eagle Eye, is designed to be a comprehensive solution to total relationship marketing to your clients and referral partners. Borrower loan data from Encompass will be imported into our CRM system and can be set up to schedule single or recurring campaigns. Contacts may also be organized in smart groups and can then be used to identify opportunities for more targeted business. Please note that all bankers will automatically be enrolled into Essential and can opt-in for Premium services to take their business to the next level.
- Marketing – We have created a large library of branded print and email collateral accessible to all bankers; All content has been reviewed by compliance.
- Full CRM – Manage your loan pipeline by tracking loans and transactions through multiple integrated dashboards. Work with the marketing department to create custom email campaigns targeting specific customers/referral sources.
- Co-Marketing – Connect with your realtors and referral partners by co-branding on a wide array of marketing materials: Co-branded flyers, Single property flyers, Postcards, and Listing and Loan scenario sheets.

TFSB Mortgage App
Cost: $50 – per month
TFSB Mortgage App is now an OPT-IN service. The app offers several tools for all parties involved in the loan transaction process:
- Debt-To-Income Calculator - Set parameters for your borrowers and allow them to plug in scenarios based on a specific property to see if they qualify.
- Instant Pre-Approval Letter - Generate a pre-approval letter that will be emailed to you instantly.
- Milestones - Your borrowers and real estate agents can receive alerts on their smartphones as the loan progresses.
Custom Design Services
Cost: $10 / hour
Work with a member of the marketing team to create original pieces that effectively and uniquely market you! All materials produced by the marketing department will already be within compliance and brand standards, ensuring you are fully protected from any legal complications. Please view the last page of this packet to review items that are considered custom design services.
*Design hour cost is $20 after pre-paid hours are used.

Social Media
Cost: $25 Basic / $50 Advanced – per month
Social media can be an extremely powerful tool in marketing you and your business. Keep your customers, realtors, and referral partners informed with a combination of original content and procured articles, reviewed by the marketing department prior to posting to all networks.
