Marketing cannot change your title without approval. This approval must come in the following ways:
- Your manager filled out the proper change of position form indicating the change
- Your manager alerted Payroll & Benefits of the title change; marketing will then check with them to ensure all paperwork is on file for your new title
We follow this process to ensure that the marketing materials we produce match titles and information on file with all departments of the Bank.
