You've attended the training and passed the test, so how do you get the certification in your signature.
To add this to you signature, you will need to follow the below steps. Please note that the certifications have changed. They now appear at the bottom of your signature to allow for more certifications.

Additionally, these are not automatic updates. Marketing must first receive approval and confirmation from Training that you attended and passed the course. We will not update your signature until we hear directly from Training.
Please do not email Training and cc us, this will not speed up the process and only cause confusion.
Adding Certifications
- Step 1: Log into the Employee Intranet via Okta
- Step 2: Hover over Departments and scroll down to Marketing
- Step 3: Once on the Marketing page, scroll down to COMMUNICATIONS DOCS
- Step 4: Within the table of available documents identify the signature you wish to use - IMAGE or NO IMAGE

- Step 5: After deciding the option of the signature you wish to use, click on the blue TFSB link.
- Step 6: This link will open up in a new tab with your updated signature and contain all certifications you have. Currently those available are: VA Loan Specialist, FHA 203K Specialist, H4P Specialist, and FNMA HomeStyle
- Step 7: Follow the instructions provided within the tab to update your signature.
