What is a Marketing Request
Anything that is used to market yourself externally to your customer is considered a marketing request. This includes but not limited to:
- Creating your CRM account
- Uploading databases to your CRM
- Unlocking your CRM account
- Creating your banker website
- Updating your information including your bio, photo, and phone numbers
- Assisting with business cards and thank you cards as needed
- Creating and reviewing all marketing materials
- Assisting in social media
- Video creation and review

What is a Training Request
Training handles all items related to training at the Bank for all employees. This includes but not limited to:
- ABA Classes
- Questions about loan programs
- The TFSB Mortgage App
- Training calendar
- Training Tip Tuesday information

What is an IT Request
IT is Information Technology. They will assist you with all questions regarding computer software. This includes but limited to:
- Encompass
- Reverse Vision
- Outlook / Email Questions
- Computer login password questions
- Requesting updated contact information
- Requesting access to a TFSB printer
