Bio
This ticket is for your banker bio. The bio is needed to set up your website on TFSB.com. You should have/will receive the bio instructions via email from your Regional Marketing Coordinator. Submit your Bio here: Onboarding Request – Bio – NEW HIRES ONLY

Photo
This ticket is for your banker photo. Your photo is needed to set up your website on TFSB.com and the CRM, Eagle Eye, so your photo appears on all your marketing materials. You should have/will receive the photo instructions via email from your Regional Marketing Coordinator. Submit your Photo here: Onboarding Request – Photo – NEW HIRES ONLY

Database
This ticket is for your database of past clients and referrals. The database will be used to set up your CRM – Eagle Eye. The database is to help get you started with marketing to your past clients and referral partners about joining The Federal Savings Bank. You should have/will receive the database instructions as well as the template via email from your Regional Marketing Coordinator on how to properly format your database for upload. Business Cards
This ticket is for your business cards. You are given 2 choices of a business card type – FLAT or FOIL. Please note that there is a cost associated with all FOIL cards. You should have/will receive the different types of business cards email from your Regional Marketing Coordinator. Birthday
This ticket is for your birthday to be added to the employee intranet. Please note: this is not a required item and by choice. If you wish to have your birthday added follow the instructions, you should have/will receive via email from your Regional Marketing Coordinator. Military Member
This ticket is for our military members. We have a flyer that is used for recruiting purposes only by our Executive Vice Presidents that highlights all of our employees that are active duty military members or veterans. Please note: this is not a required item and by choice. If you wish to be included on this flyer follow the instructions, you should have/will receive via email from your Regional Marketing Coordinator. Self-Report Social Media and Websites
This ticket is to self-report all social media you are using for business purposes as well as if you have an outside website you are using or a purchased domain you’d like forwarded to your TFSB.com banker page. You should have/will receive the self-reporting instructions via email from your Regional Marketing Coordinator.
