Each item we create or review for marketing purposes is tied to a specific Service Level Agreement (SLA). Our SLAs help us manage work load as well as exceptions on project creation/review.
When an item is requested before the SLA turn time it is considered a rush request. A rush request is charged an additional $50 fee on top of any charges for design time.
We charge this fee because you are paying to "skip the line" and make your project a priority above everything else that we are working on.
Advise that we will not start or complete a project without your acceptance of the rush fee charge.
This means that if you do not accept the rush fee the project will not be completed.
Please note, that even if you have design time hours you are still subject to a rush fee charge. Again, rush fees are charged because you are paying to "skip the line". If you have design hours, we will charge the creation/design time of the project from your design time but the rush fee will be charged directly to your MEA after project completion.
