As a department our goal is to ensure you receive your projects / requests completed to your standards, fully compliant and within our SLA times.
Our SLAs are built to provide you with an estimated time frame it takes the department to complete a project from Onboarding to Custom Pieces.
While we try our best to maintain our SLAs, please note turn around times can be changed at any time due to high ticket volume/corporate priority. Additionally, our SLAs do not include compliance reviews, please allow 5-7 business days for compliance reviews.
Furthermore, if a project is needed within the SLA time frame provided, you will incur a Rush Fee of $50 to complete the project in addition to any costs associated with creation, if applicable.
