Money is deposited on the 16th of each month. You will have until the 15th at 5:30 p.m. CST of the following month to use your money. For example, if you receive funds on June 16th, you will have until July 15th to use the money or request to roll the funds overs.
Please note that should the 15th or 16th fall on a weekend, you will have until 5:30 pm CST on Friday the 14th to submit requests to rollover your funds. Please be mindful of submitting these requests during business hours to ensure you do not lose your funds.
